Decorating Gingerbread Houses:

One night when Austin and Kayla's cousins were at our house we decorated gingerbread houses.

 Christmas Caroling:

Every year Craig's mom asks us to go caroling with her to some of her neighbors. This year she gave the kids jingle bells to use during some of the songs.

It was a cold night but we bundled up and had a good time!

 

Saturday Bike Ride: 

Not quite something you would do in December....but in the middle of the month we had a saturday with temps in the 60's so we decided to get together and have a family bike ride.

(Not pictured: Me who is taking the picture and Jeff who's bike got a flat tire on the way back and was waiting patiently for us to get back to the car and pick him up)

Austin, Connor, and Klayton did a great job on the 5 mile bike ride.

Never once did we hear "I'm tired".....they were loving it!!

Kayla and Kambria were all smiles as they rode together in the carrier.

It was a beautiful "winter" day!! 

 Woolaroc Wonderland of Lights:



One evening we joined Jeff & Andrea & family out at Woolaroc.

 

The kids got another chance to make sure Santa knew what they wanted for Christmas.

And saw this horse and indian all lit up with lights.

We took a break and enjoyed some cookies and hot chocolate.

 

It was a beautiful night

And we had lots of fun!

 

Gingerbread Houses Take 2:

Austin also got to make a gingerbread house at his Christmas party at school.

So much fun!!
