Primary Program

This year the Primary Theme was "I Know That My Savior Lives."

Austin and Mikayla did a great job participating in the program. I was playing the piano so I couldn't watch them but I was told they knew the songs well and did a good job singing. The children were asked to memorize their parts for the program. Since Austin's part was a longer talk he was told he didn't have to but did so anyways. I was super proud of them for being brave enough to get up and say their parts by memory in front of the congregation. 

 

Mikayla's Part: Heavenly Father commanded us to love one another. Jesus showed love by healing the sick, feeding the hungry, and blessing the children. Jesus was always nice to everyone even if they were mean to him. I can show love to everyone by being nice.

 

Austin's Part: At our home we have rules to keep us safe from danger. Some of these rules include not jumping on the bed and wearing our helmets when we ride our bikes. Our prophets have also told us how to keep our spirits safe. Some of these are going to church, reading the scriptures, prayer, and having FHE each week. These things will keep us close to the spirit and help us make good choices everyday.

 

 

I love serving in the Primary on Sundays. It is absolutely the best!
