On Wednesday, July 25th, we left Colorado Springs and drove up to Denver to meet up with Craig's family. We met up at Chucky Cheese for lunch (Brian and Angie's favorite place).
The kids were given a cup of tokens and had a great time gaming.
The adults had a fun time gaming too.

Kristi took the game Deal or No Deal down to 2 cases: 4 or 50 tickets and she was given an offer somewhere in the middle.
She chose NO DEAL....and opened her winning case of 50 tickets.

Later that afternoon the kids played at the park while these guys played some frisbee golf together.

The next day most of the Bastings clan went to Water World.

At first Kayla was a little nervous about the waves but after a few times she discovered how fun they were and loved letting the waves push her back toward the shore.
The last time Austin went to a big water park he talked on and on about the wave pool so he was super excited to get into one again. Most of the time he would swim into the really deep part with his life-jacket and enjoy the waves.
The kids area also had a couple slides.

We did take Austin on a couple of the larger rides. This one was called the White Lightning. I thought Austin would be scared but he loved it!
This one was Lost River of the Pharaohs
The kids loved this one....especially Kayla and wanted to do it again!
