On the first day of summer break (Friday) we loaded up in the van, picked up my parents, and drove 12 hours to my sisters house in Atlanta, Georgia. This was the longest drive we had taken with Brooklyn in one day so we weren't sure how it would go but it went so smoothly. She was a champ and content to sit in her carseat and watch movies or play with toys. The other kids did awesome too. Of course, my mom brought along two "fun bags" of things to do during the ride which was a tremendous help.
On Saturday, we enjoyed hanging out at my sisters house and letting the kids play with their cousins.
The boys had fun playing tennis in the cul-de-sac.

And Craig had a great time spending the day at his nephew Tanner's baseball tournament.
On Sunday we loaded back into the cars. A 6 hour drive seemed small in comparison to the other drive and plus the kids now had their cousins with them. Orlando---here we come!!
