Happy Birthday Mikayla!!

In September, Mikayla celebrated her 6th birthday!!

Her morning started out with her 2 favorite things: a birthday donut for breakfast and Grandma Reid who brought her presents---a Sofia puzzle and a Sofia blanket---hoping we can convince her to get rid of her other blanket that she has chewed on and worn to shreds.

 

She got to bring snacks to school on her birthday. We made butterflies like these. I forgot to take a picture of the ones we made but we filled ours with a mix of Trix cereal, marshmallows, and M&M's. She was excited about them and I thought they turned out pretty cute and fun.

Kayla was thrilled with the Frozen nail polish from Austin & the Elsa and Anna dresses we got her.

And we celebrated that night with ice-cream at Kayla's favorite place.....Cherry Berry!!

The Saturday following her birthday she had a mini-golf party and invited some of her friends.

Craig and Justin had a friendly competition going on.....loser had to mow the other person's lawn. And I think Craig lost....twice! Good thing he loves to mow.

Kayla's school friends and twins Parker and Preston also came.

Austin enjoyed having a friend to play with too

Kayla got lots of really nice gifts from her friends and family.
(My Little Pony Game, Lalaloopsy doll, a horse that walks/neighs, Frozen puzzles/colorbook, Frozen purse to color, and a Frozen talking doll)
