She is growing up so fast! Everybody comments that she is the perfect baby and I think I must agree. She doesn't fuss much unless she is hungry or tired. She sits very contently on the floor or on someone's lap. She is sweet, quiet, happy, and we just love her!
Now that she is sitting, the world is a new place to her and as long as she has toys in front of her to pick up or play with she is a happy girl. I keep thinking one of these days she will start to make attempts at scooting/crawling but she really isn't interested. So I call her my "little lump on a log." I have also tried to encourage her to feed herself those Puff cereal but she just picks them up with her fingers, plays around with them, and drops them back down. She also pulls her hands away when I try to get her to hold her own bottle. She prefers for us to do it all for her and for now that is working as she seems to have all of us tied around her little finger.
She takes two naps a day and although they are only about 45min-1hour long she is happy so I decided to not complain about that. And she is very flexible about her nap time which works well for our schedule. She sleeps through the night most of the time and is our 6:45am alarm clock--even on Saturdays!
The kids adore her and she equally adores them. She loves sitting in the same room as them and squeals with delight as she watches them play.
