First day of Spring Break!!
Although I think these kids might be confused and think it is summertime.
It was a warm day so they had fun running in the sprinkler.
Watching Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory with our neighbor friends and chocolate bars!
One day we went to the Safari Zoo with the kids cousins and our neighbor friend Jackson.
The "Tiger Splash"---the zoo worker throws in the raw chicken into the water and the tigers jump in after it. I love that you get a chance at this zoo to see the animals in a more interactive way.
The girls touching a jaw bone of a tiger
Getting a kiss from the bear
Austin and Klayton looking at the size of the bear's paw.
Since it was Kambria's birthday she got upgraded to the VIP tour and was able to pet and hold a few of the zoo animals.
Though she wasn't too sure about holding the crocodile.
It was a fun day at the zoo.
Mikayla had a fun time going to Kambria's Frozen Birthday Party. My sister in law made these cute movie ticket invitations and they watched the movie as part of the party.
Austin and Kayla also spent the night at their cousins house and had a fun time playing outside with them. I love that they are so close to their cousins and get to spend so much time together.
One evening we enjoyed taking a bike ride on the pathfinder together.
We also took a day to try out the Discovery Lab Children's Museum in Tulsa.
It was a huge room full of imagination.
The highlight was this tunnel that was made of packing tape!!
You almost have to see it to believe it.
And at the end of the tunnel was a long slide.
Which the kids did over and over again.
So much fun!
Here the kids put the plastic balls into one of the tubes and it traveled around and popped out the top in different places.
Leave it to these boys to make tanks out of the huge building blocks.
Looking cute as always
Taking a break to get creative
Taking turns on the bed of nails
Finally after watching for a while and a little couching, the girls got brave enough to give it a try.
The kids were easily entertained for a few hours. It was a great place. From there we headed to Owasso to grab some Chick-fil-A for lunch and headed to the huge park they have there.
It was a super fun day!!
We also took advantage of the pool being open during spring break and went a couple times.
These kids love to swim.
Even Brooklyn got her feet wet.
Kayla has conquered jumping of the diving board all by herself.
We had lots of fun over spring break.....won't be long before summer is here!
