July 4th Celebration

This is one of my favorite holidays of the year. We always have a good time celebrating our Freedom with family, food, fun, and fireworks!!

We spent the day out at Dave and Debbie's house which has become a tradition the last several years. We spent lots of time playing games.

We also spent a lot of time playing in the pool

And with so many people in the pool it is inevitable that a whirlpool is made

Everyone was having a good time

We did more swimming 

 Craig and Jeff took turns throwing the kids into the pool

 

 

We played non-stop until it got dark

 Then it was time for the firework show

 So grateful to live in this country that provides so many opportunities for happiness and for the freedoms that we enjoy. Equally thankful to the men and women who serve and protect our country so that we have those freedoms.
