Father/Son Campout
So last Friday night Craig took Austin to the ward Father/Son Campout. Craig was really excited because he remembers going as a kid and wants to create those memories with his kids. I was actually a little sad that I couldn't go and experience his first campout but it sounded like he had a blast.
He got to enjoy a pony ride, a canoe ride, fireworks, and roasting marshmellows. And of course lets not forget enjoying the outdoors, sleeping in a tent, and sitting around the fireplace. Craig said he pushed around his mower (his favorite toy) almost the whole time he was there. But mostly, I am sure Austin enjoyed the quality time he spend with his dad.
